Processing Time

• Each item is handmade to order. For details, see the processing time displayed on individual listings.

Estimated Shipping Time

• All shipping is sent through the USPS and UPS.
• North America: estimated 3-6 days
• Items marked “delivered” by the USPS and UPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

Shipping FAQ

• Yes, we ship worldwide!
• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address.
• If you need to make a change to your shipping address, we will do our best to accommodate you.  If the item is marked as shipped, please contact USPS with your tracking number to have your package rerouted.
• If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, please email us at wireaccents@gmail.com, and we can begin the process of reshipment. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Customs and Import Taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

• Returns, exchanges and cancellations for items with text personalization are not accepted.  
• For all other items, returns, exchanges and cancellations are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
• If there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email wireaccents@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to fix any issues and concerns.
